CLASS I ADMISSION NOTICE

THE ADMISSION NOTICE IS ONLY FOR THE STUDENTS STUDYING IN NIRMALA CONVENT SCHOOL IN CLASS K.G.
NOTE: Forms submitted for any student from school other than Nirmala Convent School, Siliguri will be rejected and the admission fee is non-refundable.
Special Information to the Parents of K.G. children who are going to be Promoted in Class - I
1. You are requested to fill up a new application form to get your daughter's name registered in the primary section. Kindly visit school's website to fill up the form. www.nirmalaconventschoolsiliguri.com. The form will be made available from 2nd March, 2020 to 13th March, 2020.
2. The Report day will be on Saturday 14th March, 2020. On that day you are requested to come to school with your daughter along with copy of online filled admission form between 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. to collect the report card.
3. Book Collection date is not scheduled till further Notice. Report card has to be produced at the counter to collect the books.
4. Scholastic Year 2020-21 beginning is not scheduled till further Notice.
5. From 9th March 2020 to 31st March 2020 are not class days. During these days you are requested to teach Hindi/Bengali to your daughter as she is going to Class I.
6. The School Uniform of Class - I differs from that of K.G. Please see that your daughter has minimum 2 sets of school uniform for the new session to enable her to come to school neat and tidy. Uniform must be obtained at the earliest from the School authorised tailor only. Measurements has been taken in the school. Parents are requested to collect the uniform from Adhunik Tailor on or before date has been extended till further notice.
7. Kindly take the slip(given to the student) and the amount, when you go to collect the uniform.

Only Girls studying in Nirmala Convent School in Class K.G. 2019-20 batch can apply for admission.
ADMISSION FORM FEE
Pay online while submitting the Form
A sum of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) will have to be paid online as the form fee while filling up the form. This money will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever. Once the payment is successful kindly wait for the page to redirect back to application which will mark the status of payment on the application form as paid. The application form copy must be kept and presented for verification at the time of the interaction.
