What to Know About Registration
Admissions are granted at Nursery stage to girls who have completed the age of four.
Information regarding Admission to Nursery is published on the School website(www.nirmalaconventschoolsiliguri.com) in the month of August.
Guardians are asked to fill in the Admission Form online with the utmost possible accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted for any reason whatsoever.
Admissions to Classes I to IX will be taken against chance vacancies at the beginning of the School year, in the month of April.
A Candidate who has attended a recognized school cannot be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the school she last attended. Catholic Pupils must also produce a Baptism Certificate.
New candidates must be introduced personally by their parents or the one who will be responsible to the Principal for their conduct and fees. They will be tested in the standard immediately below to which they seek admission.
WITHDRAWAL
Before withdrawing a student from the School a month's notice is to be given and fees to be paid for the whole year. No leaving Certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full, and then only on receipt of a written application from the parents or guardians.
There is no promotion on trial.
Any pupil failing two years in succession in the same class i.e failing twice in the same class or fail twice in three consecutive years will be struck off the rolls and a Transfer Certificate will be granted.
Notwithstanding anything in the Prospectus, the Principal may, at her absolute discretion, require any parent at any time to take her ward out of the School.
FEES
The School Fees cover twelve calendar months and are strictly payable in advance i.e. on or before the 20th of every month. Students who leave the school in the middle of the session will have to pay the fees for the entire session. Fees once paid for any purpose will not be refunded.
Fees will be accepted with Late fee of Rs. 10/- after 20th of every month.
Any pupil whose fees shall fall in arrears is liable to be refused admission into the class or to be sent home and shall not be allowed to sit for the regular examinations.
No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Pupils are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls.
THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INCREASE THE FEE AT ANY TIME OF THE SCHOLASTIC YEAR, SHOULD IT BE DEEMED NECESSARY.
